  • What do you offer in your salon?
    Exquisite has 3 suites that offer different services. We have licensed braiders, hair stylists, nail techs, lash techs, and makeup artists.
  • What is your return/exchange policy?
    Exquisite will allow you to exchange your bundles within 7 days after the order is placed. You must have a receipt. Product must be in brand new condition, seal unbroken, and in the original packaging. The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, combed, brushed, finger ran through, or altered for an exchange.
  • Can I get a refund?
    Sorry, The Exquisite Collection does not issue a refund.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    Yes,you can make changes to your order only if the order has not been processed.
  • How long is processing, shipping, and handling?"
    Processing takes 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. We only process orders Monday-Friday. Express shipping is 2-3 business days.
  • When will I get my tracking number?
    You will get a tracking email after the order is placed. The shipping activity will become available after 24 hours. If you haven't received your tracking number after 3 days, please contact us at 901-336-9713.
  • Do you have a pickup location?
    Yes, our pickup location is located at 2757 S Mendenhall suite1, Memphis TN 38115.
