What do you offer in your salon?Exquisite has 3 suites that offer different services. We have licensed braiders, hair stylists, nail techs, lash techs, and makeup artists.

What is your return/exchange policy?Exquisite will allow you to exchange your bundles within 7 days after the order is placed. You must have a receipt. Product must be in brand new condition, seal unbroken, and in the original packaging. The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, combed, brushed, finger ran through, or altered for an exchange.

Can I get a refund?Sorry, The Exquisite Collection does not issue a refund.

Can I make changes to my order?Yes,you can make changes to your order only if the order has not been processed.

How long is processing, shipping, and handling?"Processing takes 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. We only process orders Monday-Friday. Express shipping is 2-3 business days.

When will I get my tracking number?You will get a tracking email after the order is placed. The shipping activity will become available after 24 hours. If you haven't received your tracking number after 3 days, please contact us at 901-336-9713.
